Initially, a government project financed by the World Bank, the web portal was designed to generate key performance indicators through its collection of data.
The origin of the data was extrapolated over the course of several long meetings. Once the origin was revealed, the team had to incorporate it into the model. With the use of three-dimensional cubes, business intelligence tools and SpagoBI, a solution was developed.
Preconfigured templates allowed the creation of a web portal that could capture data. With this data, a business intelligence portal was configured.
The solution resulted in a more effective resource management tool. First, real-time performance indicators, allowed the system to make better decisions. Suddenly, each decision would be the product of a much more established basis.
